Hi! I’m Katy, a food and drink photographer and food stylist based in Grand Rapids, Michigan. I love working with clients to achieve their marketing goals. Whether it’s holiday themed photos for social media or fresh imagery for a new product launch, creative collaboration with clients is one of my favorite parts of the job.

Now in its third printing, I wrote and photographed my cocktail book Homemade Happy Hour to teach beginning mixologists how to stock a fantastic home bar and craft delicious drinks. Published in April 2025, I had the joy of photographing all of the images for Cook Like a Homesteader from Michigan author Mel Matthews.

I’m also the photographer and content creator behind MittenGirl.com, a food and drink website full of recipes for creating the best happy hour sips and snacks at home.
